We travelled from France to buy a van from Urban Autos. First class service. We were collected from the ferry and taken to see the van we had been viewing via the internet and talking to Auban autos about. A video of the van had been set to us so we were pretty sure it was a done deal but they kept the van for us for a very small deposit and as soon as we saw it we could see it was as advertised and just what we wanted. After a test drive there was only one small problem with the indicators. A new part was ordered and sent it over within a few days. Very happy with our purchase and pleased to recommend Auban Autos. We thank them for going that extra mile for us.

From first entering the forecourt to driving off in my purchase I can honestly say it was enjoyable. There were so many makes and models I could have bought so I'm sure I'll be back again. It was nice to talk to someone who knew about cars and wasn't just a salesman.
